In April I wrote a series of articles on personalities being the key to diversity rather than ethnicity, in an attempt to illustrate that our focus on ethnic differences leaves us open to continual division between ethnicities. If we focused more on our needs to encompass differing personalities that are needed to sustain a society we wouldn’t need to focus so much on differences. I have tried to show this both through evolutionary genetics as well as more contemporary studies into the development of childhood development that relate to how our contemporary societies prevent our human growth by focusing on ethnic differences that are genetically insignificant but are used to keep people divided against each other by unacceptable personalities attempting to maintain exclusive power for themselves. If you would like to read the series in order, they are:

I would enjoy any comments, and if anyone would like to write rebuttals, expansions, or exceptions, I would gladly publish in this space 3-10 page articles as guest posts.
On Thursday I will begin a new series on ways we can begin to change this dialogue. For this I need your help, your ideas, and your responses.
