Although there are the rare naysayers, it is almost universally accepted that slavery did not exist for the first two million years of hominid development.. Hominids probably began to evolve in various locations on what is now the continent commonly referred to today as Africa, maybe as long ago as five million years ago and the homo erectus began migrating out of Africa nearly 1.8 million years ago.
Interesting discussion on paleo-anthropology. i do agree that slavery as we understand it, probably did not come along until Homo sapiens began agriculture which in turn led to 'civilization' I wonder if we will ever achieve civil cohabitation.
