I still think a good Constitutional lawyer could reverse it as it is making interprestations of the Constitution according to the wishful thinking of the 'conservative justices' instead of the written words. But your post is inspirational and gives me lots of room for thought.
Agree on that. Either that or we need a national code of ethics dealing with all members elected appointed or employed of all government agencies. When I was a Pubic School Teacher and later a County employee I had to once a year, re-read our code of ethics and agree to follow each to the letter of the word. Why shouldn't judges, legislators, and Presidents be help to the same standard. We'd still have the trumps on occasion, but he is the first in 45 different individuals - not bad but could be better. And those codes of ethics should be posted to every governmental site in the nation.

As for it being overturned, well, we need a few new justices because it should have never been even taken up in the first place.
